We’re putting together a 2026 benchmark for leisure and hospitality marketing. Here’s what it covers, who it’s for, and how we’ll share the findings.

The Future of Marketing for Leisure and Hospitality 2026 is a confidential UK benchmark survey for hospitality and leisure marketing decision-makers. We’re collecting real-world data on where budget is going, which channels are performing, how ROI is being measured, and what’s changing as teams plan for 2026.

If you complete the survey and you’re eligible, you’ll receive a £20 Love2Shop voucher, plus the full benchmark report when we publish it in Q2 2026. We’ll only use your email to send the voucher (if eligible), the report and the event details.

Why we’re doing this

Leisure and hospitality teams are being pushed to make sharper calls. Costs are rising, margins are tighter, and it’s harder to justify spend without clear proof of what’s working.

The issue is that most operators don’t have good market context. You can see your own performance, but it’s difficult to know how your budget, channel mix and priorities compare with businesses like yours.

This benchmark gives you a clearer view of what peers are doing, so you can sanity-check spend and priorities before you lock 2026 plans.

Who the survey is for

If you make marketing decisions for a UK hospitality or leisure business, this is for you. That includes owners and operators with marketing responsibility, as well as marketing managers, directors and heads of marketing or growth.

It’s built to represent the full sector, from restaurants and pubs through to attractions, entertainment venues, hotels and theme parks.

What we’ll ask you

The survey is short and practical. We’ll ask about marketing spend and resourcing, what’s performing across channels, how you track and report ROI, the tools you’re using (including AI), and what you’re prioritising for 2026. You’ll also be able to share what feels hardest right now, and what you want partners or agencies to do better.

All questions are optional, so you can skip anything you’d rather not share.

What you’ll receive

You’ll get the full benchmark report in Q2 2026. We’ll also share details of the launch event where we’ll walk through the findings with guest speakers from the industry and technology experts. If you want a second pair of eyes on your plan, you can book a free one-hour consultation with CRKLR after you’ve seen the results.

We’re also offering a £20 Love2Shop voucher for eligible completions. Vouchers are capped and sent after we confirm you meet the criteria for this research.

How your data is used

Your responses are confidential. We only report results in aggregate, focusing on patterns across venue types and business sizes. We don’t publish identifiable, company-level responses. If you provide contact details, we use them to send you the report and event details. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties.
