Urban Excess is a leading omnichannel fashion retailer that works with major brands including Carhartt, Patagonia, Beams and Fred Perry, with flagship stores in Angel and Shoreditch. When Covid hit they quickly had to scale the online side of their business. CRKLR saw an opportunity to capitalise on the demand for the brands they stocked through paid search and paid social.
Successfully scaling activity was challenging as we had to be aware of the tight margins and increasing competition from D2C. By consolidating all platform data and building proprietary reporting, we were able to successfully deliver over 90% growth at the target of 10X ROAS blended for the online business.
