The Biggest Screen in the House

Two thirds of UK households now stream on connected TV. That’s your audience watching YouTube, Amazon Prime, Sky, ITVX and everything in between. Connected TV advertising puts your brand in front of them with targeting traditional TV was never built for.

The Smartest Way to Buy Television

Connected TV does brand awareness brilliantly. But it can do so much more. From our Brighton offices, we build CTV campaigns that go beyond getting seen. We help you reach the right households, optimise while campaigns are live, and show you exactly what your spend delivered.

The Team Behind the Screen

Everyone sees the ad. We see everything behind it. Which platforms your audience watches, when they’re paying attention, and what makes them act. We’ve spent years learning how people behave on connected TV so we can build campaigns that do more than interrupt. This isn’t something we tack onto a media plan. It’s what we love doing.

1.
YouTube CTV

YouTube is the most watched streaming platform in the UK. When someone searches for a recipe, a review, or something to stick on in the background, your ad can be right there. We run campaigns across YouTube on connected TVs so your brand reaches people while they’re leaning back and paying attention.

2.
Amazon DSP

Amazon knows what people browse, search for, and buy. We use that data through Amazon DSP to put your ads on streaming services like Prime, Netflix, Freevee and Twitch, reaching people based on what they’re interested in. It’s TV advertising informed by real shopping behaviour.

3.
Sky AdSmart & BVOD

Your ad on Sky, ITVX, All 4, and Channel 5 without needing a massive broadcast budget. Sky AdSmart lets us serve different ads to different households watching the same programme. BVOD puts you alongside the biggest shows in the UK. We handle the planning and buying across all of it.

4.
Campaign Strategy

Not every platform suits every brand. We work out where your audience is watching, what they respond to, and how to spend your budget in the places that will have the most impact. Then we build a plan around it.

5.
Creative for Streaming

What works on social doesn’t always work on a TV screen. Streaming ads need to land in seconds and hold attention without a skip button to worry about. We create and adapt content that feels right for the living room.

6.
Reporting & Performance

You’ll always know what your spend did. We track every campaign across every platform and report back in plain English. If something’s not working, we catch it and fix it while the campaign is still live.

FAQs

What is connected TV?

Connected TV is any television that can access the internet and stream content through apps. That includes smart TVs with streaming built in, as well as devices like Amazon Fire Sticks, Roku, Apple TV, and games consoles. If you've ever opened Netflix, YouTube, or ITVX on your TV instead of using an aerial or satellite, you've used connected TV.

What is the difference between a smart TV and a connected TV?

A smart TV is one type of connected TV. It has internet access and apps built in. But connected TV also covers any device that plugs into a regular TV and gives it streaming capabilities, like a Fire Stick, Chromecast, Roku, or PlayStation. The term connected TV refers to the whole ecosystem, not just the television itself.

Is connected TV advertising worth it?

For most brands, yes. Two thirds of UK households now use connected TV devices, and that number keeps growing. CTV gives you the sight, sound, and motion of television with the ability to target specific audiences and measure what your spend delivered. It's particularly effective for reaching younger audiences who barely watch traditional broadcast TV.

How much does CTV advertising cost?

Most CTV campaigns are priced on a cost per thousand impressions (CPM) basis, with rates in the UK typically starting from around £15 and going up to £50 or more depending on the platform and targeting. A regional campaign can start in the low thousands, while larger national campaigns may need £20k or more. We work with a range of budgets and always recommend a level that fits your goals.

How do you measure the performance of CTV campaigns?

We use a comprehensive measurement and optimisation methodology which indexes households reached, brand uplift and GRP (Gross Rating Points). Beyond this we evaluate effectiveness using Media Mid Modelling. All reported real-time in our custom dashboards.

What creative do we need to run CTV?

Creative built for CTV needs to be in high definition 1920 x 1080 format. However, there is more flexibility than with traditional TV advertising. Typically creative is 15-30 seconds but we have seen great success with shorter formats and earlier CTA embedded and the use of QR codes.
